My brother, my mom and I ran the Utah Summer games 5K race on June 10th 2017. 

Foods to eat before a run:

1. Banana

2. Toast with peanut butter

3. Applesauce

4. Berries with cottage cheese

5. Rice cakes

6.Oatmeal (only if you eat 60-90min before run)

Recovery foods:

1. Eggs

2. Avocados

3. Almonds

4. Chocolate milk

5. Berries, Bananas

6. Fish (Salmon)

7. Turkey Salad

8. Protein shake

9. Greek yogurt
